mobile phones on contract - Bad Credit? No problem!

Samsung and Spring recently announced that the Samsung Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch will become available on the Sprint network. It’s the same great model as the Galaxy S II but in a brilliant frost-white case. Very nice.

Samsung also announced a forthcoming release of a low-cost flip phone, the Samsung M370, and we chose to highlight that model in today’s flip phone entry.

Overview

First, this clamshell mobile phone has a very classy appearance. The photograph we saw of it showed a very, very nice deep blue – almost a midnight blue – tint that is set off very nicely by a textured casing.

The dual screens – internal and external – are of expected size and clarity, and the Samsung M370 provides some decent functionality in a flip phone, but it’s a CDMA device, so it will not work on any GSM network in the world.

Oh, by the way, the Samsung M370 is available on the Sprint network, at least in the US, as of today.

Overall opinion: US data shows that Sprint is offering this model for US$20 with a two-year contract – a very nice mobile phone deal for this snazzy mobile phone model. For its pricing, appearance, and Samsung reliability, we give this flip phone a rating of 8.9 of 10 notches. (Free would gain it a 9.5 rating.)
