We have some delicious news for Android users who enjoy a bit of game on the go, and since we enjoy that as well, let’s not waste any more space and just get to it.
Combined-App App Coming to Android Market
Android lovers have drooled and sighed for quite some time at the iOS availability of a combined-app app. The makers of the lots-in-one app finally made a version of the very popular “90 in 1” app on the App Store for Android.
The Android version is a “40 in 1” model, but it costs only US$1.00. The time you’d save in downloading the individual apps and software short-cuts that are included could cost you a lot more in man-hours, bandwidth and app costs.
Although the Android version has fewer files available, what is included are the most used, most popular and best working among the iPhone versions – plus, it’s updated with corrections of any known iPhone glitches – adapted for the Android, of course.
Included are utilities like translators, currency converters and a flash light, games, and even a fun facts random generator for when you are bored or otherwise want to stump your friends.
The Android combined-app app is very simply called “AppZill: 40 in 1.”
Samsung Upgrades Game Hub
Samsung lays its own features on top of the Android operating system in the smartphones they sell, and Game Hub is one that users enjoy quite often. Recognizing the growing interest, Samsung has included more mobile games in the Game Hub feature, primarily with Social games.
The additional free titles include Checkers, the Age of Legends, Paper Toss, and several more.
Samsung opted for more than just the Social game software, however. With the updated list, users get the social game, chats, multi-player options, and rankings, to name only a few.
Samsung offers not only free games on the Game Hub but premium games as well, although the user may have to pay the developer the license fee to play. Those games include some from EA and Gameloft titles.
