Highlights
- Ultra thin, sleek design
- Dual-core 1.5 GHz Krait processor
- Super AMOLED 4.3 inch display
- Latest connectivity support
Sleek, lightweight and packed with features: you usually can’t hit all three of these marks with one phone. If it has plenty of features, you usually get a bulky phone. The HTC One S proves this theory wrong. Marketed as the thinnest, lightest phone ever released from HTC, you definitely take notice of the sleek design. Despite the minimalist packaging, you don’t sacrifice features; with GPS, HSDPA, FM Radio, Dual-core 1.5 GHz processor, 8MP camera and HD video, you won’t be left wanting.
Ultimate Connectivity
It’s normal to be spread over a variety of platforms and peripherals on any given day, which is why mobile phones are trying to keep up with more connectivity features. Micro USB and Bluetooth were just the beginning, and now were seeing a larger focus put on connectivity between devices. The HTC One S is complete, with the latest in Bluetooth, WIFI, HSDPA, and GPS for all of your data needs, not to mention DLNA support which makes it easy to connect your phone to a gaming platform like a PS3, or compatible TVs, for media playback.
Best Browsing Experience
We wouldn’t expect anything less from a phone built to run Android Ice Cream Sandwich (with 4.1 upgrade support), but the HTC One S goes above and beyond. Now you can browse with Google Chrome, which means you can achieve the personalized browsing experience you crave on your phone. By logging into your browser, you can instantly sync bookmarks and other essential info, which makes mobile browsing as convenient as it is on your desktop computer; on that subject, you even have the option to load the desktop version of webpages, rather than the mobile specific version.
Multimedia Powerhouse
Music and movie lovers alike will love the features that the One S offers. All of the most popular apps are either pre-installed, or fully supported. Information provided by the multimedia, whether it be a song or a tv show, is fully integrated with the on board apps, which means when you listen to a song, you can quickly search for it on youtube, or even view the lyrics using Soundhound. With HTC’s revolutionary Beats Audio, you can stream music via Bluetooth into your car stereo or any device with Bluetooth support. You also get an FM radio and plenty of media apps such as Google’s Play Movies, Media Hub HD, and HTC Watch, which covers all of your media buying and streaming needs.

Near perfect...
The One S is a near perfect mobile in my book. I love it so much I'm positive I won't buy another brand from here on. HTC makes the best handsets, and I got a good deal, too.

The best purchase
Actually replacing the handset I lost, I thought I'd replace my One S with another model but couldn't find anything better so I'm buying the same exact mobile again. HTC does it right. Got my replacement very fast, so I didn't have to go without a mobile for too long.

HTC
I personally have always preferred HTC. Android is the most stable operating system for smartphones, and HTC has done the best job applying it to their user interface.
